2 garlic cloves – chopped.

  1. Heat Olive oil and garlic in a non-sticking pot over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, or until sizzling.
  2. Meanwhile, mix mustard and beer in a bowl and set aside to infuse. Add mushrooms, chopped onions, salt, and pepper into the pot and cook until they are softened (hardly takes 7-10 minutes) while stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the flour and beer-mustard mixture and turn the heat to high until boiling.
